Bij innerperformance combineren we krachttraining & coaching om krachtiger door het leven te gaan. Waarschijnlijk ben je al een aantal keren begonnen en gestopt in het behalen van je doelstelling in de sportschool. Dit keer wil je jou doel echt gaan behalen en ga je het echt anders doen dan alle andere keren. Al snel val je weer terug in je oude patroon waar je weer niet uit komt.

Coaching has no set order and will work differently for everyone. To give you an idea of how we can help you, below are theoretical phases that we go through.
Fase 1:
We go to the core to clarify why you have set your goal, in other words: the goal behind the goal.
Fase 2:
We make a commitment to achieving your goal. Whatever it is, we will coach you to achieve your goal.
Fase 3:
In phase 3 we bring you in contact with yourself and in which patterns you are stuck.
Fase 4:
I show you where there are opportunities and you can give yourself space to step out of your own patterns.
Performance training is geschikt voor ieder niveau. We gaan gericht jou lichaamskracht vergroten en lichaamshouding verbeteren. Oefeningen die je vaak terug zul zien komen zijn onder andere: de benchpress / pushups, pullups /chinups, squats, deadlift, overheadpress. Afhankelijk van jou hulpvraag en niveau zal het programma zich gaan vormen.
Deze methodische wijze van trainen gaat jou helpen om zowel je lichaam, mentale kracht en doorzettingsvermogen naar het next level te tillen.
Analyzing your current movement patterns, posture, strength, core & stability. By letting you move through different basic movements, we can clearly map out what needs to be worked on. Ultimately, we want to help you to correct movements & neutral positions of your body to allow you to move effectively and safely towards your goal.
Fase 2:
We have clearly mapped out your areas for improvement that we are going to work on. We create a customized exercise program. By making live videos in which we correct you, you get an exercise program in the cloud so that you know what to work on. This way you can quickly pick up your exercise program independently, the goal is of course to let you train independently as soon as possible.
Fase 3:
In this phase we will apply the created exercise program in practice. We will start with a program at your level and as time progresses we will evaluate this program both every workout and every 8 weeks to see if it still corresponds to the desired goal(s).
These 3 phases will continue to be repeated in order to permanently optimize the result and keep it in line with your objective(s).
